This fitness app looks intriguing, I’d appreciate feedback from anyone who has used it.

    Myfitnesspal is the best food, exercise and health tracker out there and it is free. It really measures what you are eating, and tracks exercise. If you like data, that is the best app
    Smartenfit looks a bit basic.

    I agree. The best way to lose weight is to track your diet and exercise. Myfitnesspa is simple and easy to use. Make something too complicated or too vague and eventually you will get frustrated with it an not use it. Then it fails.
