The problem with many cases of whether something is healthy or not is that often there was some study saying it was good for the body, then another which shows neutral results or worst, negative effects.
From the point of view of a consumer who is putting trust in the scientific/medical community, it’s easy to loose faith and stop caring what each study says.
Ultimately I think science has not advanced enough to make could predictions based on the healthiness of certain foods.
