But the research here is complex and inconclusive and, in any case, it is actually doing something far more interesting than telling us which medium is superior. It’s making us think more about what it means to read.”

I am a book dinosaur: Although books are inconvenient to lug around, I always prefer a real book (or a printout of a pdf of a book) over a computer screen, even for magazine and newspaper articles…
Me too. I like to underline and make notes in the margin. While I read newspapers on my Kindle, and much prefer physical books.
