Closure is a psychological construct that describes how we struggle with the ambiguity of the world. In the past week, I have thought about the importance that the need for closure plays in human affairs.  Arie Kruglanski explains why, in the video link below:

    Excellent video. I am very frightened of uncertainty and this video has exacerbated my fears!
